P.U.L.S.E.  Inc.  is a nonprofit organization for the 
survivors and victims of medical malpractice 
and substandard health care. 
Members and participants are encouraged to use 
their experience to educate and advocate for patients 
rights and a safer, more productive healthcare system. 
No one is immune to medical error, therefore our doors 
are open to everyone.  If you have been injured or treated 
poorly and feel that you are alone,  you're not.  PULSE is a consumer group run completely by other survivors of 
medical errors.

We do not point fingers. 
We do not lay blame.
Our purpose is to educate, 
advocate and offer support.
 
 

PULSE is completely independent of any other 
organization or agency.
